Return & Exchange Policy
*This is the order processing time, once your order is placed, this does reflect the time it may take the shipping company to reach your location.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *This processing time can change due to order volume or Vendor issues that are beyond our control.
**We cannot guarantee shipping times once your order is shipped due to delays with the shipping company. (USPS or FEDEX)
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.00 flat rate shipping inside the continental United States.
Free Shipping offer: We offer free domestic, priority flat rate shipping on orders over $75.00

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
At this time FEDEX does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box please choose a USPS shipping option.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not offer returns or refunds on customized or personalized items, in the event that your custom or personalized item arrives damaged in anyway please refer to our damages clause below and email within 24-hurs of receiving delivery confirmation.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
